  VERY friendly staff (julie i think her name was) was excellent when we checked in on Sat evening. All staff acknowledged us as we were going through the hotel, this makes such a difference to your stay making us feel very welcome.Thanks. - Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good. Loved the fact that we could have tea or coffee... hva folk sier » for a donation to Great Ormond Street hospital especially as it was very cold and snowy.
