Birch House is a 5-star bed and breakfast boasting landscaped gardens and free Wi-Fi. It is located in the Radipole area of Weymouth, just a 5-minute drive from Weymouth Rail Station and a shuttle service can be arranged. Each light and airy bedroom has been individually designed with a flat-screen TV and stylish en suite facilities. Some rooms have sea views and all come with tea/coffee-making facilities and a DVD player. In the warmer months, guests can take their breakfast on Birch House’s sun terrace. The indoor breakfast area has large windows look out onto the property’s gardens. The seaside blues and beach-house style of the lounge reminds guests that Weymouth beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Birch House is 5 minutes’ drive from the Weymouth Marina, around which many shops and restaurants can be found. There is also an RSPB reserve just 10 minutes’ walk from the property at Radipole Lake.

A fantastic place to stay, highly recommend. It was like home from home. Good value for money, excellent breakfast, and very accommodating of our little girl. Tea and biscuit offered on arrival in lovely garden. A nice touch. We asked about local seafood restaurant and recommendations, crab house is where we went and was a fab choice. Thank you for such a lovely stay. Room was light airy very clean and little touches like Egyptian cotton sheets were a big plus! Didn't want to come home and have.

Breakfast was fantastic and I would definitely stay again if I was in the area with work. facilities were excellent , large , comfortable bed , large room , with a bathroom to match , and the choices at breakfast were excellent ,well worth the money, worth the 5 stars. Kathy, Pete & Lola made us very welcome in this comfortable home from home B &B. Very High standard of room with a superking sized bed. Everything is petfect and the Cathy the lady owner is so kind and loving comfortable environment stylish room and perfect home made breakfast. A lovely B&B, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Very friendly staff...and it was great to see that the B&B had a DVD library. The room with the en-suite was excellent the owners were efficient and friendly the house was decorated and furnished to a high standard. I loved the warm, homey feeling. It made a huge difference since I was travelling alone. Excellent breakfast and very friendly owners. Very clean, friendly and comfortable. Lovely decor throughout and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend this B&B. Welcoming hosts,ideal location,warm and cozy rooms with modern ensuite. Hot running water and hot and filling cooked breakfasts. The house tried to be like an advert for Grand designs. Nothing - it was all great! Qu 2- we were work colleagues. Cannot fault this b & b. Nothing come into mind. When we booked the impression was it was closer to the center. Unfortunately the use of a car was essential. Confusion on booking site around option for one adult and one child as child had to be under age of 2, my son was 12. This was not the fault of owner of business. Nothing. Rooster in the garden is an early riser. Nothing. steep staircase. Nothing springs to mind. Flush on the toilet did not work. Breakfast was ordinary and disappointing - little choice (no grapefruit or prunes, no prepared fruit, no croissants). Birch House is not up to 5 star standard despite being classifed as such by VisitEngland. There was absolutely nothing not to like! Everything was excellent!!!. Not applicable. Nothing!. Very, very, steep stairs with big step drop and trip hazard at top. Proprietor did not offer any food when told we had to leave early before breakfast, other less expensive B&Bs I have stayed in all offered at least a continental when advised of the problem. Poor show for the money. No attempt at invalid friendly facility and no note of this on web. Would not recommend it to any one.
