  Good location just 1 min from j1 of M66 and a 5 min. drive from Ramsbottom. Ramsbottom has some good individual shops and a steam railway. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent we had a very enjoyable evening meal there. Nice bar and lounge areas. Our bedroom at back of hotel overlooking grassy hillside good size. Large free car park. Recepti... hva folk sier » on staff very pleasant and helpful. - Needed a Hotel to stay for 1 night to attend a family function. Staff friendly and the room was lovely and clean. We had our evening meal and Breakfast at the Hotel and thought both were lovely. We would definitely stay here again should we need accommodation near Bury/ Rawtenstall area.

  nice and peaceful. location. although we only live 30mins away you are very difficult to find and it took us 2 hrs as you are not signposted very well - Sports facilities and comfort of room and hotel lounge
