Good location, close to Torquay centre had parking facilities at rear of hotel and parking at front of hotel which was very good as difficult to park in Torquay centre. Very clean rooms with everything that is needed. The dining room and lounge were very comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of variety. Tea and coffee offered in abundance. stayed for 2 nights with a party of 7. and when we arrived we we`re greeted by a very nice chap at the reception and given the keys to the rooms to relax.and basically from that moment on the 2 nights was excellent and all the staff smiled and nothing was too much trouble.the 5 course meal was fab,the beds comfortable & breakfast ample.all in all a lovely weekend had by all

The room we stayed in was a gold room, clearly refurbished to a high standard. Luxurious room with a view out over the gardens and down to the sea. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Ideally placed for a five minute walk down into the harbour where there is a range of bars and clubs. There is a slight hill walk down and back up to the hotel but we didnt find it that bad although it could be for the less agile. All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely stay again.

The staff (dean and Richard) were fantastic and made me and my partner feel right at home straight away- and the room was literally as it was on the picture, it was lovely and clean and nicely decorated. Our room wasn't too big, but we had an en suite ( which is always nice) and a king size bed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely spotless. The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast selection was excellent. The room was a little small, but as this was only a base for the holiday it was not a problem. Looking forward to a return visit.
