Small friendly hotel. The staff were polite and eager to assist. Food was very good, although there was not a lot of choice, but perfect for those that like good wholesome roast dinners.
Upgrading to half board is well worth the money. Rooms are a good size, cleaned daily. On the outskirts of town, perfect for those that like peace and quiet.

Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Everything about this hotel was faultless. The staff went out off their way to make our stay enjoyable.Food excellent, all the staff made us laugh. We took our dog & she was very welcomed. We were able to take her into the bar & restaurant. The staff are all very good & so was the food. There was a lot of it! It was really good value for money a little dated, but I think that's what keeps the price down 10 out of 10!
