The staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. The staff were better here, than some of the very expensive large hotel chains.
Easy access to the town no time restrictions at night. Staff very friendly and accommodating would recommend again.

Good value for money.
Quiet location but reasonably close to city centre.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Great value. Easy to find and parking. Room has everything you need.
We looked for accom at an 'English Pub' and 'The Winston' was a gem.
Perfect location as only 10mins walk from the nightlife.

Price.
Clean Sheets, Clean Towels, Clean Bathroom & a tidy room in general. The pricing was good, when split between my friend & I. Nice to see the complementary Coffee, Tea & biscuits. Free parking. Staff were very welcoming & I was happy with my stay.
Rooms were bright and there was a TV.
Food was good and presentable.
The staff were very helpful.
Food and plesant staff.
Staff were pleasant.
Absolutely nothing.
Friendly staff.
Nothing.
The staff were friendly and the food was good.
It would be ideal for workers wanting a bed for the night!.
The only thing i didn't like was the shared toilet but having said that, it was exceptionally clean and well located.
The internet signal didn't reach some places within the complex. Needs upgrading!.
The bathing facilities were a bit haphazard.
Nothing in particular.
There was no drop box for my key in the morning. I had to leave at 7am
and gave the key to the chef (who was thankfully setting up breakfast).
No complaints.
Nothing, it was fantastic.
My stay was perfect.
Window latch in our bedroom was broke so drafty as it was windy and could hear all traffic. only got 3 hours sleep.Toilet was dirty as shared and the person left it a mess.
nothing i disliked.
The location is not very good. If I want to take bus, I need to walk almost 20mins.
quite far from the city center.
Parking was limited but still managed to park.
Shared bathroom.
Noise from street.
The car park is slightly small but was ok. Could only really fault the lack of plug sockets in the bedroom.
Shower was very small, Hotel carpeted throughout. Carpet needs to go to make the place feel more clear and bright.
Room not very big. Fittings and decoration scruffy. Toilet pan loose on floor. TV did not work properly. Small sink in room.
Quite a noisey road outside room
No shower gel etc.
If you're away on business, or just need somewhere to crash for a night - it's fine. Don't expect luxury, and you'll be happy.
Noise went on longer than it was supposed to which was really frustrating since I had to work next day, and I had rung specifically to check on that before proceeding with booking. I'm talking a band and then recorded music til 1130 Thursday night 1220 Friday night. Room was cold, advised to turn heating on but it didn't stay on for very long. No toilet paper and didn't realise until I was in need. No bedside light, had to get out of bed to turn the lights on and off.
Could do with updating tables and chairs need refurbishing.
No cold water in bathroom sink. Couldn't turn radiator off so had to leave window open all night as was extremely noisy so not much sleep and had to travel each day either side of the stay. Only one free plug socket in the room. These are minor issues easily resolved so wouldn't stop me from going there again.
The bathroom was not that clean on both nights.
Running water in the bathroom was extremely slow and it looked tired.
Car Parking is a bit of a gamble
Decor a bit dated
Television kept buzzing
No room service for food.
Noise of music until midnight on the 29/06/13.
It I felt the staff was inconsiderate of their customers'
rights-Really Bad!.
Very uncomfortable room with decor from the Flintstones. uncomfortable bed shoved against a wall. Breakfast very spartan. Overall I would not stop there again or recommend it. Apart from that OK.
The bedroom carpets looked like they were from the 70's. They didn't appear dirty, but the dated design made me question the cleanliness. However on closer inspection it was clear they had been cleaned.
The rooms are beside a very busy road and did not sleep for the duration of my stay. The TV was way to small, too high up and made a horrible screeching noise. Room was very small for the price. The plug sockets were so close to the shelf that I couldn't even use them to charge my phone!.
The hotel was shabby
The bedroom we stayed in could do with a well earned up-date. Furnishings also needed updating. The bed was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on pallet-boards.
Toilet and shower could do with updating.
No worth the money we paid.
Was not issued with front door key and as a result was locked out ov my
hotel all night wich put me in a difficult possision and had no other
place to stay as a result had to pay £84 at another hotel wich was not
good enuff and I am seeking compensation.
Room boasted an 'en-suite' online, actually it was a shower in
the corner of the room and a shower built into the wall... The toilet
had a boiler in it which hummed all night and I got no sleep, and the
radiator desperately needed bleeding and made endless noise when turning
on and off.
Not what was described on web site. It was a out house shower and sink in the room and horrible toilet. Very very noisey room outside next to pub garden.
Television and wifi useless.
They charged my b card
My card with no no consent.
The Hotel was a pub! The rooms were in a house/hostel next door and it felt more like staying in a bedsit rather than a hotel! It had lots of male workers staying there so I felt a little bit insecure staying with my small child on my own! Even though the doors had locks there were several occasions when I found the doors to be ajar so anyone could of entered? Also I was kept awake well into the early hours by foreign voices talking and laughing right outside the bedroom window!.
