A good location a few minutes walk from the town centre and front but out of the way to be quiet,free street parking.The owners were really nice and friendly,the hotel was in good condition and spotless,our room nice, although on the small side(thus only 4 out of 5),good plenti

Warm,friendly welcome from the owners, with an invitation to sit and enjoy a welcoming pot of tea, and discuss our requirements for breakfast. We liked everything about this hotel, and despite the atrocious weather outside, we enjoyed our stay at Skegness.

Owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome,the room was very clean and had everything we needed including freeview tv and tea and coffee,nothing was too much trouble,Breakfast was a full english with as much as you wanted as well as cereal and toast and various jams,we will definetly book the Westdene again -

The Stoneleigh hotel was lovely. Jan & rodger are really friendly & make you feel so welcome. The hotel is nice & peaceful just the environment we wanted for our romantic weekend away without our kids.
The hotel us spotlessly clean has lovely room with a lovely bathroom or shower room.

this has to be the cleanest,warmest and friendliest place we have stayed in.Jan and Roger made us very welcome and were very informative.The breakfast was a real treat,tasty.fresh and plentiful.especially the fruit salad.The room was a good size,light and relaxing,We had requested a bath en suite and were not disappointed.We would definately return to The Stoneleigh and absolutely recomend it to everyone wanting a break in Skegness.

A central location, close to the beach and South Pier. Easily found with a public car park adjacent. The carpets and furnishings were excepionally clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. - Hotel offers fantastic value for money.The four poster room we stayed in was of an excellent standard for price and the owners were particuarly helpful when my partner fell ill on the morning of our departure although full that evening they allowed us to keep our room till 12pm despite their new guests being due at 1pm.For standard,food,service etc highly recommend it.

hosts Pina & Craig very friendly/welcoming, clean, comfortable,rooms very reasonably priced. breakfast is superb all facilities great, bar prices very reasonable,lovely place to stay and nothing was too much for our hosts if you ask they do what they can to help. will stay again and recommend to anyone single,couple or family. -

The rooms was well stocked and beds comfortable for us, we didn't use the lounge area but it was large enough for you to feel at home. Room was basic but everything you needed for a few nights away. Great location only 5 mins walk to the pier and beach. Very friendly staff. Bed nice and comfy, room very clean and had plenty of storage space and table top room for my little girl to colour and play on. Our room only had a toilet and sink. Will stop again when we stay in Skegness
