  The staff could not do enough for us during our stay, they were friendly, approachable and very helpful. The facilities were of a very high standard, especially the spa and pool. It was spacious, exceptionally clean and was extremely well equipped. It was perfect for us and much better than staying in a hotel.   The room was correctly set up for 2 adults and 2 children and looked very welcoming. We had plenty of towels and extra pillows. It was warm but not too hot as some hotels can be. Despite being close to the A2 we found it very quiet. The TV was a good size and worked without problem. Nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. Other Premier inns we have stayed in have been noisy with people stomping about and doors banging. The doors closed quietly and even though the hotel was half full I thought we were the only occupants; it was that quiet!
