  Friendly staff who were extremely helpful. Good location with a beautiful park across the road. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental with a good selection and served at your table. We had enjoyable time in the hotel bar talking to Phil the owner who ensured the music was to the liking of the guests. Our stay at the... hva folk sier » Mornington was a Hugh part of making our holiday enjoyable. - We took our dog & she was very welcomed. We were able to take her into the bar & restaurant. The staff are all very good & so was the food. There was a lot of it! It was really good value for money a little dated, but I think that's what keeps the price down 10 out of 10!

  Staff are very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast selection is excellent, with all sorts of cooked food to make yourself a full English (eggs, bacon, sausages, hash brown, mushroom, etc.) along with standard breakfast fare such as cereals, croissants, bread, ham/cheese, fruits and the likes. Location is great, just behind the Grand Jersey hotel, 5 minutes' walk to the beach and 10 minutes' walk to the bus station. There ar - all the staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome, the room was really good value for money and the breakfast was one of the best i have had in a hotel all lovely and fresh and plenty of choise the waiting on staff were extremely good. I would definately stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel

  Runnymede were extremely accommodating when confirming my booking over the phone after i had booked the room online, there had been no record of my Daughter staying too and the Irish lady (didn't manage to get her name apologies) was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room itself was spotlessly clean- yes a little dated like other people have sai... hva folk sier » d but cosy and had everything we needed for the little amount of time we spent in there. I personally couldn't care less if the decor isn't my cup of - the excellent standard of the food and the quantity and variety. This was served by very attentive staff. the room was clean with adequate storage for clothes and the washing facilities were good plenty of hot water. there was no noise from other guests. I would rate it higher than the 2 star rating and comparing it to the hotel my sister was staying which was a three star we would say it was much more guest friendly nothing was too much trouble if information was requested.

  Friendly staff. Modern rooms, white bedding, thick towels. Comfy beds and pillows. Shower good plenty off hot water.Plenty of storage space and hangers. Nice pool area and cafe.Plenty of places to sit inside as well as the bar. Free Wii. They provided good coach trips, and pick ups. Lift and laundry room, the hotel was very clean. The service in the restura - we thought the hotel was fabulous, we were on a business trip, we loved the location my wife could walk to the shops. close to restaurants, bars. The Staff were so friendly, the breakfast staff were absolutely amazing friendly, professional and made you feel so welcome, we actually said at the time we haven't seen this service in a hotel for a while. The breakfast was excellent better than 5* hotels we have stayed in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
