Over forventning av et "budget hotell" - Helpful staff, smooth running of breakfast facilities. The location - central to the Abbey, the Saturday market and other places of interest. - Central position to the town centre and railway station, very clean and tidy, breakfast fit for a king!!!!!!!!!!

Location was excellent - right by the M25 but by an old water mill and very scenic. Rooms were a very good size and the beds were as good as home. Also liked little details like the shower curtain on a curve to make it seem more spacious. This was our first premier inn break and we would definitely use them again. -

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean with all the facilities required for a pleasant stay.

Enjoy the hundreds of years old wooden quirky White Hart for what it is. It is not a modern concrete square hotel. You will be pushed to find a flat floor upstairs as the oak beams have bowed with time. Very nice staff and helpful, always most busy. Nice selection of meals, cooked correctly and serviced well. Nice to visit again and again..

It was nice to have a comfortable place to sit and chat with friends and a lovely garden to sit in too. We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at the hotel. The hotel was in an ideal location to explore the city only 10 minutes walk to the centre. - We had a family room that large and comfortable with real beds for all not one double bed a put-you-up of some sort. The restaurant is excellent. Very clean and comfortable all round.

Manager went over and above to make us feel welcome - we were in St Albans for the half marathon and he was more than happy to let us use the room again after check out time to shower after the race, which was very much appreciated.
