  The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well. The staff is very polite, happy and they like children. Its a very personal and nice place to stay at. We can recomend you a visit at the mad cow in Richmond

  Hotel was clean, modern and very good value for money. Our room, although not huge, was adequate in size for two people. The bathroom was clean and modern, with one of the best showers I've seen in a hotel. Premier Inn pride themselves on their guarantee of a good night's sleep; not that I had a bad night during our 14 night stay, but such a thing... hva folk sier » is relative since nothing beats one's own bed. Room hvac system worked reasonably well. The hotel is spotless, even down to the stair case, which is - Location was good, either 7 /8 minutes walk to Richmond Tube / Train Station and just a bit further into town shops etc. Bus stops in either direction normally straight outside, although when we where there the one into Richmond was out of use due to engineering works. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Drinks in bar (well at least the beer / lager) was cheaper than any pubs we went in in Richmond , Twickenham, Brentford or Chiswick. Had pizza from restaurant on Saturd

  The position of the hotel is idyllic situated on a bend of the Thames. We opted for a less expensive roadside room at 199£ it was small but had everything we needed, and was well decorated. It was well insulated so the road was not audible. We had an excellent dinner served by very attentive staff who were able to match our meal with two superb wi... hva folk sier » nes. We will definitely return. - Location perfect , good food and drinks onsite . Some rooms bigger than others we had to swap as the initial room was tiny. Comfy beds nice deco and bathrooms.

  The hotel was a big surprise did not expect it to be so nice. The staff were realy friendly and helpfull it was a delight to stay there and would do so again - . In centre of town. Excellent bar and restaurant reasonably priced and serving late. Staff very friendly and helpful.
