The setting was great: very near the shops but it felt nicely out of the town and was very quiet indeed. It was a very cosy and romantic place, and the staff were fantastic. We arrived late and the receptionist made us some soup and sandwiches!! Couldn't have chosen a better hotel :) - We found the hotel staff all very polite, helpful and friendly

really friendly staff. also food places close -by. kids really loved the 'subway' across the carpark and breakfast was free for children. tea and coffee well stocked in room. also liked the shower/hand-gel pumps (less waste and better for environment). -

Really friendly staff. Rooms clean comfy and well equipped. Supermarket and restaurant nearby made life when travelling with children easier. Good location for reasonably short car trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon lots of lovely Cotswold villages etc. even Stone Henge only about 30 mins away. -
