  Location superb, supermarket across the road, many tourist attractions within walking distance, with hop on hop off bus stop across the road, underground 50m, marvellous café around cnr to hotel. Marvellous. Only minus is no free internet except in lobby - The location is excellent as walking distance to Buckingham palace, embankment and shops.... hva folk sier » Rooms clean and comfortable breakfast excellent great choices. Staff happy and efficient. I wll definately stay again.

  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable ... hva folk sier » we have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

  As soon as you walked in it smelt clean. The location was excellent.The staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast choices availablewere superb - The staff were superb,food was excellent as was our room, we would not hesitate to stay there again. Location excellent.

  Perfect location for New Year, everything in walking distance, close to Trafalgar Square, easy access to Embankment for fireworks and New Year day parade passed front door...not to mention the hotel festivities, plenty going on in a stylish, refined way.   I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. After one night's stay we cancelled the other hotel, found... hva folk sier » Flemings and moved to it. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.
