  The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room - although small - was well furnished and quiet. - The staff were amazing my husband was ill and they were so helpful in making sure our needs were met.

  Easy access from Heatrow Express.Reasonably sized rooms, new and clean, receptionists helpfull and smiling - Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a... hva folk sier » room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. Some hotels would stick to their check-in time regardless! - The hotel was very modern, with very cclean and well set-out rooms. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.

  The whole Hilton, paddington experience for my girls weekend was fabulous, stepping off the train and straight in, check in, leave luggage with sweet gentlemen in reception and when we got back and went to our room, it was beautiful, spacious, newly decorated, new, clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous, first class. I am so pleased I tried the Paddington Hilton and will be bac - We were able to leave luggage there when we arrived early. Our room was very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Super convenient for Paddington Station and for access to other transportation for sight seeing. We had a wonderful stay. There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel including Chinese, Indian and Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich and dessert from the M&S in Paddington Station and ate it in the room.
