Everything. This is, without doubt, the finest B&B that we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hundreds. As a first-time visitor from South Africa, was blown away by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and establishment. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and special. Have to make special mention of Lewis who performed above and beyond what was expected of him :)

The new owners were friendly and trying hard to make all the guests happy; this included 'a wee dram' of whisky on arrival and a bottle of sparkly when our table for dinner was not ready on time. Very approachable staff; fabulous environs, warm, clean and romantic buildings and gardens. Loved the sense of history; staying in Flora McDonald's house.

I liked this hotel, Highland standards can be poor compared with big town hotels, but this one is very good, excellant by highland standards. Situation on the main street is good, with good parking. Room was comfortable and clean with a good shower (unusual in the highlands) Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was first class.
