  Personalet var veldig hyggelig. Vi kom til Leeds i bil og hadde litt problem med å finne veien. Vi ringte hotellet og fikk guide hjelp hele veien frem til hotellet.Vi fikk senere vite at Leeds er en veldig vanskelig by å kjøre i. - I was very impressed with the layout of the room (seperate toilet and shower room for 2+ guests, sit down shower/bath ... hva folk sier » for comfort etc) and the colour scheme of the room, the sheets were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Our rooms were clean and close to the very swift lift and it was very easy to feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. - Clean ,comfortable, quiet, hotel.We had booked through an internet site for £59 but then saw your Autumn offer for £59 including breakfast.I was very impressed with your customer service who agreed without hesitation to include the breakast as a sign of good will.Excellent hotel which i would use again and recommend to others.

  Lovely welcome on arrival, very friendly and the cookie was amazing!! Such a nice little touch! We was on the 10th floor and pleasantly surprised with the view of the train station and city. Decor was minimal and stylish; comfy beds and pillows. Air con worked well! Whole room/bathroom very clean. Was told on arrival we had complementary mini bar ... hva folk sier » and breakfast which I wasn't aware of so that was a great little bonus! Breakfast was fab! probably the nicest ive had while staying away from home ev - i stayed at the double tree hilton for the easter weekend with my partner. we found this hotel to be fantastic value compared to others in the local area as well as being in a great location. everything was within a 5 mins stroll like bars, restaurants and the new trinity shopping centre. the staff were very friendly and helpful with information of the local area. parking at the hotel was very handy asare rarely found at city centre hotels. the room itself was fresh, modern, and very clean with

  It was modern and well Maintained and well equipped and extremely comfortable. They provided a welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and Jam along with a selection of tea bags,coffee and soft drinks. The Shower gel etc was replenished each day.   Glad we made the choice to stay here. Tremendous welcome and attention. Caroline was at the door to welcome us and help with the considerable luggage. During the visit I left my phone in a shop, went back and it was shut, told Caroline who knew the owner, got in touch and the phone was returned. Attention to detail - lovely thick large towels and dressing gowns, spare blankets and hot water bottles, biscui - I took my friend to Rosebud cottage for a birthday treat. We had a wonderfully relaxing few days away. Caroline and Adrian are perfect hosts, ensuring our comfort at all times, even providing 'birthday treats' on our return after a day exploring the local sights. They are friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. We will both return in the future with our respective families and friends. A lovely place to relax and recharge the batteries. Thank you Caroline

  Excellent hotel not part of a chain. Service and hospitality first class and the hotel restaurant food was as good as all the reviews suggest, if in the area would stay again - Excellent rooms and excellent service. A very friendly atmosphere. The staff did everything to make one feel at home.
