IT was very clean and quiet, the front desk staff were very nice and very helpful to us regarding getting in to sight see in Edinburgh. They suggested that we take the bus due to parking, but we didn't and it was ok. We found parking without a problem. We would definitely recommend it if you are not interested in paying high rates in the actual city but want a nice, clean hotel and have a car to get around.

First of all, the location was extraordinary. The sea (Firth of Forth) is just behind the hotel and you wake up, seeing big steamships and small fisher boats on the water.

Location perfect as attending wedding at the Vu Bathgate, Staff at breakfast were brilliant, excellent customer service and choice of breakfast was brilliant, plenty of choice. I have no idea how you did it. Your staff told me that I was guaranteed a good night of sleep, and I NEVER sleep well. However, I slept so good during my stay with you all that I think I need to go back just for another week or real rest. -

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. The food was fantastic, filling and very affordable. The full breakfast was very good and was enough to keep you going through the day. The bus stops right outside the doors, which is extremely convenient. It's just a short ride into Edinburgh or Rosslyn Chapel. The bar was very inviting and had a great selection of beer, wine, cider and hard alcohol.

Location! Very easy to find from the train station. Elevator available (although it's soo slow). Free WiFi was very smooth (although only in the common area). Helpful staff, suggested me alternatives of transport and calling a cab for me. Comfy bed, love the comforter. Surprisingly the room is quite sound-proof from the noise from the street. Nice bathroom with handheld shower! Free map provided.
