The staff seemed highly trained and overall it was a wonderful customer experience. - All staff were absolutely charming and could not have been more helpful or efficient. Brilliantly managed hotel.

The 23 Mayfield was a total delight! The staff was amazing - everyone seemed like genuinely nice people and happy to help. The hotel owner even gave us an excellent advice what to do and see further in Scotland and let us leave our car in their not so big car park even thought we stayed for only one night. Our breakfast was a real gourmet treat. O

Ross was a very welcoming and relaxed host. He provided us with some good recommendation for locations to visit whilst in Scotland. Breakfast was a gourmet experience with a great range for vegetarians (i had the Campbell's vegetarian haggis both mornings). Room was tastefully decorated and a good size. We enjoyed a cold beer in the oudoor room, which was just what we needed after a full days travel.
