Fantastic Location for our visit to Market Rasen Races. Superb room/ shower/wet room was great after a busy and hot day. Tranquil setting overlooking garden. Amanda and Peter are the most delightful hosts, a very warm welcome and comfortable stay. this has to be the cleanest,warmest and friendliest place we have stayed in.Jan and Roger made us very welcome and were very informative.The breakfast was a real treat,tasty.fresh and plentiful.especially the fruit salad.The room was a good size,light and relaxing,We had requested a bath en suite and were not disappointed.We would definately return to The Stoneleigh and absolutely recomend it to everyone wanting a break in Skegness.

It is a charming house, clean, well furnished, very well presented and the people are just so friendly and helpful. Amongst B & Bs this has got to be one of the best there is. A plus while we were there was the herd of wild deer strolling around the grounds in the early morning sun.

hosts Pina & Craig very friendly/welcoming, clean, comfortable,rooms very reasonably priced. breakfast is superb all facilities great, bar prices very reasonable,lovely place to stay and nothing was too much for our hosts if you ask they do what they can to help. will stay again and recommend to anyone single,couple or family. -

My parents had the disabled room (1) with the walk in shower which was brilliant for my Dad.
