  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  The staff were so welcoming and helpful with information about Edinburgh, as it was our first visit. It was clean and the food was good. - We could not fault the staff or room in this hotel. We had a great stayand the staff were very friendly.

  Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee. My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle. Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if ... hva folk sier » you don't feel like doing the 20 min walk). Murrayfield and Tynecastle about 20 mins away by foot, if you're catching some sport while in Edinburgh. S - Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

  The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from Haymarket station and also easily accesible from the airport. Besides, the main attractions are also located within walking distance. No sweat! Definitely I would come back to this hotel, while travelling to Edinburgh again. Thumbs up! - The attention of the staff to make sure you were settled in. The staff had put on the heating in the room in advance so it was lovely and warm. I was leaving before breakfast started and they had laid out cereal and toast making facilities to use. They have spent a lot of money on new carpets and upgrading bathrooms to make them clean and very fresh. Very strong and secure wi-fi Puts a lot of the big brands to shame
