In Portsmouth for 3 days,location was superb within easy walking distance of the Historic Dockyard, restaurants and shops. Fantastic views from the apartment which was on the 12th floor and very modern. Car parking was very secure and free. We would definitely book this accommodation again loved it.

What a wonderful place to stay. If we come back to the New Forest we will return to this beautiful and friendly cottage - there really isn't a need to look anywhere else!

Our stay at Wayside Cottage was delightful. The cottage and gardens were beautiful and our hosts were friendly and welcoming. Care to detail is a hallmark of this B&B with biscuits/chocolates provided when we arrived and homemade bread and honey available for breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well equipped with WIFI, coffee maker, TV/digital. The information book was very well written clean and informative.
Very well decorated, modern and fresh.
Externally there was a lovely lawn, patio and plenty of safe parking.

Everyone was really helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. We had 2one year olds with us and it was a very enjoyable stay. This hotel is beautiful. It is extreamily well presented and by far the best hotel I have stayed in. There is a gorgeous log fire as you enter the reception.
