  I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

  Taxi to LHR Termina 4 was a taxi without license (too much to pay) - Kom kl 0100 og dro kl 0700 så det ble ikke tid til annet en søvn egentlig. Virket for meg å være ett greit hotell å bruke i forbindelse med avgang tidlig dagen derpå fra Heathrow.

  This hotel was more than I expected after visiting many hotels in many countries, I was amazed how the staff were handling the gust with respect and with good manner. Outstanding in all respects. - We arrived at 10:30am for a 2 night stay and were able to check in immediately, leaving our car in the Jurys Inn car park before travelling into London.
