With the caveat that this is a minimally receptive atmosphere where the help seem to want to see you go, I do recommend the hotel because it is well and comfortably designed but about as welcoming as the prison cells at the next door police station. -

All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. Also thought the 24 food was great.

The equipment is amazing (other than the very small kitchen),
particularly the room (I was in a 4-bed) displayed a very high standard.
The breakfast was decent (no fruit anymore though, as visitors had
stated in previous reviews). Wifi at the ground floor and nice ares to
sit, relax or even work. The location is certainly not central, but
Oxford street is 20 mins away and the Jubilee Line will drop you off at
St. Paul's or Buckingham Palace in not much more time. If you want a

We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort hotel. The staff were very helpful with directions and the local area, really seemed like they enjoyed there work which adds to the serean atmosphere. I especially liked the staff - who handled every request with a smile and good grace. Special commendation to Eyab Sisay. You don't need Acqua di Parmi's bath products nor 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton-sateen sheets when you have lovely people running the place. Generous and delicious breakfast too in Coombes Lodge. -
