  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel... hva folk sier » Lily. It's a great place for families, backpackers, and tourists who are out during the day. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it. It is close to Paddington Station, and the Italian restaurant around the corner, Villa Rosa, has the best spaghetti that I have ever eate... hva folk sier » n. - Location is great, hotel area is decent, it is very near to Lancaster underground station.   Margo and Lucas were very helpful in every way possible to ensure our visit was special. You are very lucky to have them working for you because they obviously like people and take their job very seriously.   Perfect location. 5 min walk from Victoria station. Friendly staff. Helpfull regarding sights and tours. Vauchers for all major sights is available in the hotel. Good selction of tv channels. We had a 6 pax room. Sufficient space for all 5 of our party. The room was adequate for what we needed... a place to rest our head at night. There was a kettle, teas, coffees, and they had a hair dryer i could use. They even allowed us to store our bags after we checked out so that we could explore the city before having to catch our train! - It was in a very appropriate position for my needs last week!

  It is simple, has the basic comforts, great internet service and a wonderfully helpful staff. The location is perfect. It has easy access to the entire city of London and beyond, and lots of food options. As a single traveler, I especially appreciated the fast food and grocery stores available.   The room and bathroom were clean. We add wireless for free though it could be slow. The included breakfast was filling and good.   Fantastic hotel, I can't fault it. Very friendly staff, great location as we were in London to go to Victoria casino. Breakfast was great and for the price it really was superb! I would definitely go back again. - The staff were all very helpful. The location worked well for using the bus system. Good wifi, clean, large breakfast.
