  Location superb, supermarket across the road, many tourist attractions within walking distance, with hop on hop off bus stop across the road, underground 50m, marvellous café around cnr to hotel. Marvellous.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. The room was lovely, nothing spectacular but we did only book a regular r... hva folk sier » oom. Everything we could need was in the room however. We went down to the American Bar and had several glasses of wine. We had bookings for Afternoon - Smooth easy quick check in Junior suite, Art Deco Style Fabulous, bathroom huge, walk in shower with rain head huge, Free standing bath plenty of room for two. Afternoon Tea, delicious, was my bithday, they played happy birthday and bought a cake with candle, you can have as much as you want...service amazing. Dinner at Kaspers, very busy, Seated at a table with everyone coming back and forth on either side, not good, asked to be moved to the bar, done with no fuss, lovely dinner and wine. Used

  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable ... hva folk sier » we have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  We were made to feel very welcome and the lodge manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom was very clean and we found staying with our young baby very relaxing. - Very clean and comfortable bed. Missed breakfast as it was a bit early for us.

  Particular thanks and complement to the young lady at the reception. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.

  The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines). The breakfast was fair good, nice staff and a 24/24 receptionist always available (I had to ckeck out at 2.00am). The shower was a bit small but with super-hot w... hva folk sier » ater, which was awesome, and the bed was really confy, we slept really well. - Renovated small hotel, typical London city house with only 25 rooms. Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.
