  Friendly staff. Food excellent. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Near to all amenities, harbour, shopping centre - The Staff were helpful and friendly.The breakfast Ulster Fry was fantastic.

  We were greeted by the owners father on arrival, who filled us in on all the necessary information of the local village Hillsborough and how to get to Belfast. We then met David the owner, very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully furnished and there is a real home atmosphere, like your one of the family. At the B&B we were made very welcome, our room was ready and waiting for us. Food was v good.   We enjoyed our weeks stay at Down Royal House. It was very clean. The owners were very helpful with things to do and how to get around the city. Fresh cooked breakfast every morning was delicious!! Would highly recommend this place.
