We can fault nothing. This B&B is relaxing, friendly, modern & beautiful. We arrived to a warm welcome & were served tea/coffee & home made cake in the lovely garden. Carol from The White House came out to greet us on our arrival, despite the fact the weather was horrendous and couldn't have been more welcoming. She had very kindly made a delicious vegan cake, specially to suit my dietary requirements. A very nice touch.
I also like that we weren't pinned down to an early breakfast and that the breakfast we were presented with was fit for a king. I honestly haven't had a better breakfast anywhere!

Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches. Having private parking off street and being near to bus stops.

This is one of the best guest house ever. I book this guest house because of the beautiful flower in the picture. Didn't expect a wonderful room inside.
The room is very clean from carpet to the towel and the toilet is in perfect condition.
In this guest house also include full breakfast which I can't forget to mention about it. The breakfast is the best we had in a long time. Make us full until dinner.

The owners Leslie & Clive made us feel very welcome straight away, our room was lovely and great little touches , was extremely clean, the décor was lovely also. The breakfast was first class, did not need to eat anything until the evening as was too full, the quality of the breakfast was second to none. The hard work that the owners put in was certainly noticeable throughout our stay we will definatly be staying here again and was well worth the long journey from Essex.

Where do I start from the moment we arrived they couldnt do enough for us, we were running late for a family wedding and Martin even dropped us off at the venue to make sure we got there in time then parked our car for us, he even moved it later on that night so that it was right in front of the guest house, this is how to run a b and b, we couldnt thought it and although the room was small it had everything you could need and more, they thought of everything, i can highly recommend this guest

Myself and my partner have just spent two nights at southern breeze lodge,which is run by a lovely couple Malcolm and fran.On arrival Malcolm came out to meet us and helped with our luggage, we were then offered a fresh pot of tea and homemade bread and butter pudding which I thought was a lovely touch! Great owners - very professional and very well run. Extremely friendly and homely atmosphere. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice and plenty of it if needed!!
