  Booked through letsbookhotel.com but on arrival we found out that letsbookhotel.com did not forward our details and therefore found that there were no rooms available. The owner and manager went out of his way to find us a local B&B for the first night and luckily had a delux room available for our second night. The B&B was run by his moth... hva folk sier » er-in-law. All staff especially Gary, Donna and Rachel (M.I.l) were exceptional and made our stay absolutely fabulous and would recomend anyone to sta - Hospitality was excellent, made to feel very welcome.Hotel is in a beautiful setting.Food cooked to a very high standard. After many visit`s to the Lake`s Hazel Bank hotel has been the best. We will be visiting again soon. 10 out of 10 great stay
