The owners were lovely and couldnt do enough for us if we needed anything we only had to ask. The room was very spacious with comfy bed. Free wifi. Complimentry tea qnd coffee tray with enough to keepus going all weekend unlike chains of accomodation which uusualy provide enough for one cup. Would highly recommend to people wantimg a short city break. I will deffinately be booking again.

Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

We were thrilled with our stay at Ashlea House. Our room was spacious and cheerfully decorated, with a great view of the harbour. Thoughtful additions were made to the typical tea tray, such as cappuccino mix and biscuits. Location was a close walk to downtown. Staff was very friendly (always called me a cab as I didn't have a phone), helped me print train tickets and answered all my questions. Bathrooms were quite clean. Only thing that maybe was a downer was the wifi in my room wasn't great, but it was great eveyrwhere else so it didn't make a difference to me really

Everything about this hotel suited my stay and I will definitely be returning. The bar was great, will live music. It was located not far from the city centre, so we drove in to do some Christmas shopping (which was out main purpose of this trip). Food was really nice, couldn't fault this hotel at all. Excellent value.
