great location for seaside and country walking(only 15 mins by foot from St Just), beautiful sea and valley view from window, self-catering kitchen, well-equipped room, toilet and bathroom, cannot ask more for a hostel. -

The reason the value for money is poor is because I'm a north easterner. For Falmouth it was fantastic value. Very comfortable bed in my opinion n staff were really friendly and with good humour. The freedoom to enter and exit the hotel at any time, also meal service, staff preformed well in the dinning room, service was good. Bar staff were friendly and pleasent. - the hotel was extremely quiet, which meant you had a good nights sleep, although this was probably due to the fact the majority of guests seemed to be over 70.
