  I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... hva folk sier » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  Compared to a Scottish hotel we stayed at the breakfasts and Bar meals were first class. We found the staff and owners were very helpfull, freindly and well mannered. It was nice to sit out near to the historic bridge and River Conway also the view from the room has very good views. The room was very good, extras close to hand En suite bathroom.   Location is very nice and the grounds of the hotel are well kept and feel relaxing. The restaurant staff were excellent as was the food. The breakfast staff deserve praise for their demeanour and unobtrusive attentive service.   i had made a mistake on booking our rooms and left our young daughter off the booking i only realised the day before arrival, the staff were fantastic and bent over backwards to accomadate us, nothing was to much trouble, just wanted to also add the we were very impressed with the evening meal and huge breakfast!!!!!!! - amazing breakfast thank you

  We enjoyed our stay it was very good value for money,our room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked for directions. - I chose the hotel as it was close to my business destination. It was a comfortable environment for a lone traveller to have a meal and relax or catch up with business.

  Hotel very clean and rooms were really nicely appointed. Electirc shower was a bonus and the sauna/steam room added to the experience. Staff were friendly and overall really enjoyed our stay. - Good value for money lovely staff, nice and clean, comfy beds, so handyfor bus to chester and excellent breakfast thanks v much
