We enjoyed our stay it was very good value for money,our room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked for directions. - I chose the hotel as it was close to my business destination. i had made a mistake on booking our rooms and left our young daughter off the booking i only realised the day before arrival, the staff were fantastic and bent over backwards to accomadate us, nothing was to much trouble, just wanted to also add the we were very impressed with the evening meal and huge breakfast!!!!!!! - amazing breakfast thank you

The owner was helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. OK the decor is a bid dated but NOT tatty/grubby, it's no boutique hotel but that was of no concern to me! The whole place is very clean and the bed was comfy.

The owners of Cambrian house are so welcoming and friendly with good knowledge of the surrounding areas. Breakfast was lovely and everything you coul possibly want if available There is no doubt that the building needs some attention, but for the cost an location it's well worth a stay.

We had dinner in the Royal Hotel Restaurant. it was very enjoyable good steak and the wine wasfirst class. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was a perfect location for our stay. We found our room to be spacious and the view of the river was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.
