  Very nice and spaceous room, good bed and the AC was very responsive. Cool design and perfect location. The service was excellent. - Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!

  the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at ... hva folk sier » hand it was a pleasure to stay here. - Very nice hotel, room was very clean and very modern in design. No bad points at all. Breakfast a bit expensive compared with the coffee shops/ restaurants nearby.

  The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!

  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

  Britannia Sachas Hotel ligger veldig sentralt med gangavstand til alle fasiliteter. I tillegg var det et hotel med lite støy. Servicen på hotellet var også veldig bra. Maten nydelig. - God service, god lokalisering, bra med fasiliteter som sauna, treningsrom etc.

  One of the friendliest, most personable hotels I have stayed in (and have been to a lot). We had a big PR event to do and stayed aswell and nothing was a problem!
