  The whole experience was fantastic. Facilities, spa, hotel room, food and staff all excellent. Our special requests pre booking were also done without any reminders to the hotel staff. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. - The staff were very friendly and helpful.   The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, attentive without being obtrusive. Excellent spa facilities. The massage pool was especailly relaxing. Excellent food and good range of drinks. A Problem I had was quickly and efficiently dealt with.
