  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  The superb ambience and surrounding -a total retreat. Also the spa facilities are the best I have seen (pool jacuzzi steam room etc) Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and at home is how you feel.   The spa facilities were good, nice sized indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Didn't use the gym but looked good. Spa treatments sounded good although didn't have any. Good food. - this was the 3rd time we stayed and we think the kitchen has improved very much

  Was my first visit to a non-USA Holiday Inn. Restaurant and bar where much nicer than any US property. Workout facilities were also great with lots of equipment and space to work out. I didn't have my kids with me, but it seemed very family friendly. - very efficient-as arrived very late, by taxi with a baby and lots of baggage
