A warm welcome and friendly staff. Huge en-suite room which was both clean and extremely comfortable. Good choice of breakfast which was well cooked. Overall a lovely house with excellent facilities and in the most wonderful, quiet location. Unusual to find there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or a TV but this did not detract f

nice room. It isn't 5 star luxury but it's not 5 star prices and
it is tremendous value for money, everything we needed was there and
everything works so what more would you want. A comfortable bed anda

We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house and the owner was very helpful. It was immaculate and the food was very good. There was a lovely view from the front window.
It was near the Logierait Hotel which also had excellent food. -

This is a great place to stay. Only small inside but it has everything you need and more, a lovely, charming stone building with nice garden, views and is in a great location. We stayed for a few days in November so the price we payed was very good for what we got.

It was all lovely! A very warm welcome from the owners who obviously take pride in their guest house and offer their guests everything needed. The bedroom was lovely and comfortable, bright and airy, and everywhere was completely spotless. A guest lounge is available abc we were even offered tea and coffee at no charge one afternoon when we were sitting in there deciding where to go first in Pitlochry. Very warm welcome from staff. We arrived early wet and tired and they kindly let us leave our bikes and wet bags in the hotel till our room was ready. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Service at breakfast great. Hotel set in quiet relaxing location away from main road. Owners very friendly and helpfull. Would stay here again -
