  This was our first holiday with our 9 month old baby son and we found all the staff were very friendly and welcoming towards us. The facilities were excellent and we very much enjoyed a relaxing time in the pool. A lovely experience for our first wee trip; thank you again. - Comfort,Good Menu Selection, Staff were friendly and effecient

  We were participating in P,head Relay for Life. The staff allowed us an early check-in and looked after our bags, as we were not returning until around midnight. Reception staff both on Sat and Sun were friendly and helpful - The staff couldn't do enough for us, they always made time for a chat.
