Group bookings of more than 4 adults per apartment will not be accepted. The property sleeps a maximum of 4 people and no other people are entitled to stay on the premises or visit without prior consent from the property owner. A refundable GBP 250 damages deposit will be taken with payment before arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay and is refundable within 7 days after departure by bank transfer. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
