  I took my Mum for her birthday, she was taken on holiday to Llandudno as a child and wanted to return. We had the family room at the top. The room was lovely and big, and we had a proper bathroom with full length bathtub and a good strong shower above it. The beds were comfortable and the linen was good. There was no noise from the other guests or... hva folk sier » from outside so we slept really well. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and they offered smoked salmon and scramb - Bernie and Mary were lovely hosts , we were made to feel very welcome in their lovely renovated victorian home ,rooms are very clean and comfortable .Mary cooks a lovely breakfast ,and Bernie serves , nothing is too much trouble and he gives you lots of useful tips of where to eat and places to visit.Parking is on site , so is a big bonus . The main sea front and all ammenities are only a short walk away. We would not hesitate to book again and really enjoyed our stay.

  We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The breakfasts were consistently excellent and we were allocated a different table every day so that most guests were able to enjoy the prime positi... hva folk sier » on in the window at least once! This was good value for money accommodation! We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.
