  The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Everything about the hostel was perfect, spotlessly clean and well ventilated. Nice comfy beds and lounge. It is a well used hostel and everything was in working order - unlike some hotels that I have stayed in and paid a lot more for the privelige. The f... hva folk sier » ood was excellent and I even had a bath, which was real luxury after a long hard day's cycling. Very nice location and a good lock up shed for the b - Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

  Staff was very very friendly, after coming into the hostel you are offered a cup of tea or coffee, and given a map of Liverpool with some recommendations. Rooms are not luxurious, but clean and comfy, and (especially together with the breakfast) definitely great value for the money. Furthermore: Free toast and tee 24/7 in the kitchen! Very recommendable, thank you Kevin and Peter(?)! - I appreciated the lovely warm welcome I received on arrival. I was immediately asked if I would like a tea or a coffee. I found the staff really cheerful, pleasant and helpful. They were all eager to give useful tips to the guests on places to visit whilst in Liverpool. I was even given a free entry card to the Cavern Club. I also like the way you can help yourself to hot drinks, store and cook your own food. Having Sky tv is a bonus and access to the internet.

  Had a great stay, perfect location between the city and Anfield and excellent value for money. Kylie one of the staff there even dropped us to town on one of the nights!
