  The whole experience - the setting of the hotel in a historical village, the old building itself sympathetically decorated and furnished, but particularly the attentiveness and polite friendliness of staff. It was a Pearl Wedding celebration and the staff made it really special - a great place to be pampered and relax. The food was excellent and th... hva folk sier » e afternoon tea an experience in itself. - We have been there many times, and the staff are always so welcoming, the food and service are great, it's near where we need to be in East Anglia, and we love it!!
