  Actually, just a small apartment not hotel. We stayed 4 days. No housekeeping. But they have washing machine, oven, refrigerator, 4 head strove. Full of facilitation! It is good place for me. Most of the UK hotels no frige, potties are dirty, towels not (with coffee smell in Brighton Beach Hotel). - Location cannot be beaten. Two minute walk from Southfields tube and close to shops and restaurants. Pleasant quiet street. Big kitchen with appliances. Good bathroom. Spacious for two - a bit cramped for four. WIth children fine but 4 adults would struggle with the space. Good communication with owner.

  Both cooked and cold buffet breakfast was really good quality. Customer Service. We arrived after midnight, whole area was cut off from mains water. Hotel provided all guests bottled water and a bucks fizz at breakfast to compensate, even though supply was reconnected by 7:30am. - A little piece of luxury in a great setting

  We thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean, modern and very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were especially helpful and friendly and the food was very good.
