  We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The location is walking distance from Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.

  Helt super service. Vi ankom kl 11.00 på formiddagen og personalet gjorde ALT for at vi kunne få sjekke inn så fort som mulig selv om innsjekking normalt ikke var før kl 14.00. Det var en rolig atmosfære på hotellet, lite men kjempetrivelig. Rent og ikke minst - det var godt og varmt der. Kort vei til stasjonen. Kan ikke få fullrost stedet godt nok... hva folk sier » .   we both like the stay from the first minute me and my son arrived. the staff was very friendly and helpsome - Nice well appointed rooms even tough there were problems with the TV that the hotel was unable to fix during my two night stay (picture flipped upside down for no apprant reason).
