Har egentlig ingenting å klage på. Hotellet har god beliggenhet med gåavstand til de fleste severdigheter. Rommene var rene og ikke altfor små. Hotellpersonale var også imøtekommende. - god service

Helt super service. Vi ankom kl 11.00 på formiddagen og personalet gjorde ALT for at vi kunne få sjekke inn så fort som mulig selv om innsjekking normalt ikke var før kl 14.00. Det var en rolig atmosfære på hotellet, lite men kjempetrivelig. Rent og ikke minst - det var godt og varmt der. Kort vei til stasjonen. Kan ikke få fullrost stedet godt nok

Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom.

our daughter @ i were given a room with twin beds @ a double bed , very clean bedroom , bathroom small ( glad we were not on the larger size )but clean / tidy , staff friendly , and it was 6 mins walk from victoria coach station , also handy there is a sainsburys @ food hall 8 mins walk away by the entrance to victoria underground station , would return in the future
