We were given information about the surrounding area and felt very comfortable and welcome. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

  The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Everything about the hostel was perfect, spotlessly clean and well ventilated. Nice comfy beds and lounge. It is a well used hostel and everything was in working order - unlike some hotels that I have stayed in and paid a lot more for the privelige. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. The room was lovely and had everything in it that u would need and if there was something else that you needed like a bottle opener if you rang reception they would bring it straight up to you. It was very good value for money for all of the reasons above and also it's location. It was far e... hva folk sier » nough away from the nightclubs so it wasn't noisey but also close enough to them to walk or if your really lazy like we were then it was £2.50 in a ta - Our 2 night mid week strip was partly to see Pink Martini (Oregon group) with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and, inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50% of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed - not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.
