  On the two occasions that we stayed at this property in September and October, we can truly say that the Seraphine Hotel excelled in all areas of customer service, daily breakfast, front desk personnel, house-keeping, and location. I did it without insturctions, but I am used to it). Great breackfast, great location near Hammersmith Apollo, London Underground, restaurants and shops.   It was a fantastic location - so near both Hammersmith tube stations. Great value for money, and would be great for families. Would stay here again, but maybe not just for one night, Garden amazing at front of main office and building!! - Staff very helpful. Room confortable. Good location in relation to tube.
