  The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked. The rooms were very clean and we had an excellent view over Birmingham. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless!
