The staff were friendly and extremely helpful from the get-go, it was a quiet and welcoming hotel just out of the city centre, so it was relatively quick (and cheap) to get into Liverpool Lime Street without having the noise of staying inner city. I had an excellent stay at Snooze, which is conveniently located close to downtown (about 10 minutes by bus) and to a number of interesting up and coming neighbourhoods with good eating options. There are a number of major bus routes that run along Picton Rd, so it's easy to get around to many places. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you like to exercise, the Liverpool Aquatics Centre is just around the corner and the pool is beautiful.

We had a major problem with our vehicle at the time of our stay at Hotel
Green Park. They helped us by making calls for us because we did not
speak fluent English. They were present at the arrival of the tow truck.
In fact they have accompanied us all the time to inform and reassure us.
I would like to sincerely thank them for their availability and support.

Everything! The owners were wonderful, really friendly, fun and provided lots of useful info about Liverpool. Our room for 3 adults was lovely and spacious with 2 single beds and a double bed. The location was perfect as I left my car there when I arrived and did not get into it again until I left as it was less than £5 into the centre for a taxi which was cheaper than £6.30 bus fare of £2.10 each. Rommet kunne vært renere, men det gjør ikke noe om det ikke er perfekt siden man tross alt må forvente at man får hva man betaler for. Jeg og min sønn hadde en strålende fotball tur til Liverpool, også takket være hotellet som var mye mer enn vi hadde tenkt oss. - The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them.

I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was.
