The whole concept is fantastic!! The room was gorgeous, like having your own trendy pad in the city! The space and comfort was excellent. The quiet environment was pleasing considering you were close to the centre of Birmingham. It was close enough to lots of local ammenities, bars and restaurants, yet far enough away not to be bothered by them. This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.
