  I loved the quality, value for money, excellent service (lman receptionist was fab) restaurant next door selling great food at good value price, lovely outdoor area, grass, tables etc and there is also an indoor play area for children. Staff were friendly, and helpful, I was told about the free facilities and other offers at check in. Our room had a lovely view, no sign of construction or noise as mentioned by others. The room was modern, and spacous - and everything works. I'd give 5*

  Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food and service from the bar/restaurant was excellent and was very reasonably priced. - Spacious, clean and modern room with the comfiest bed and duvet!!   We were very pleased with our stay. The tube was walking distance and Central London easily accessible. We were particularly impressed with our meal - compliments to the Chef! Taxi service was good too. We will definately stay there again when we come to London next. - Staff were excellent. Stephanie on reception in particular was very helpfull

  We a lovely two night stay at the hotel and on return home realized i had left my watch in the hotel room, i called the hotel and the very helpful receptionist she would get in touch with house keeping and get back to me 5 mins later i got a call to say they had it and would put it safe for me. i sent a prepaid envelope and my watch was returned t... hva folk sier » o me immediately. The staff could not do enough for us. A big thank you to them all. - All the staff couldn't have been more helpfull throughout our 2 night stay. They also provided lots of information and guideance/advice on travel options in and out of London, along with above and beyond support within the Premier Inn. The Beefeater Pub which was attached served excellent food and also couldn't have been faulted which made our stay even more enjoyable. Please pass these comments on.
